
How would you describe yourself as a person?
I am a happy, unpretentious, pragmatic, committed, communicative and driven person. I like to laugh and have fun at work! My personality reflects how I am as a colleague, and I also try to be responsive and helpful all the team. When not at work, I like to spend time with my children and my family. One of our biggest interests is travelling together.
Why did you choose to work at Paliscope?
Being involved at an early stage in a company that has as inspiring vision and in such an exciting area as Cybersecurity, made it an easy choice to be part of the journey.
What is the best part of working with Paliscope?
The best thing is that I get to work with some of Sweden’s best Cybersecurity professionals, combined with belonging to a company with a great culture and fantastic colleagues. We do make a real change to our clients.

What is your role at Paliscope?
I primarily work externally with our customers’ transformation journey in Cybersecurity, but I also work internally with our IT operations, which is from the industry I previously came from.
The best thing about my role is that I get to work closely with our customers and collaborate with my colleagues in many different areas. We are a close group that works together to make the cyber arena safe for our customers, and it is a fun and inspiring environment to be a part of.

What do you need to be good at to succeed in that role?
The most important thing is the ability to build relationships and to be solution-oriented, as well we need to be alert as one day will not be the same as the next.
How do you keep up with the latest developments within your industry?
It’s all about continuous monitoring of the threat picture. I read articles, follow the latest trends and participate in the information exchange we have here at Paliscope.
Tell us about a regular day at the Paliscope.
As a consultant, my work varies depending on our customer requirements. On my current assignment, I participate in meetings, facilitate workshops, and develop programs and financial plans.
Right now, I am working on a global cyber transformation program, which helps to improve the customer’s cybersecurity position.
What are your future goals?
My goal is to continue to develop and to bring out all Paliscope’s services to the market.
What do you think will happen to the Cyber Security industry in the near and in the long term?
Over the past year, we have seen a major change in approach to accelerate the speed and complexity of cyberattacks, and I see an increase in cyberattacks in the future.
Cybercriminals are becoming more and more effective at exploiting vulnerabilities to gain access to companies IT-environments. In 2021, vulnerability exploitation for the first time passed phishing as the primary attack vector for ransomware.
