We are a Swedish company operating in the cyber arena. We are about 30 people with offices in Stockholm and Gothenburg. We help both large companies and authorities to manage cyber risk, large amounts of data, organized crime and other security threats. We have a large amount of competencies with us, including senior cyber security specialists, management consultants, analysts, developers, UX designers and political scientists.
Paliscope is a merger of two companies, a SaaS company that works on developing an intelligence fusion platform and one that works on cyber security. The business' goal is to help the customer merge data to gain new insights. This is done partly through a unique platform for intelligent fusion, primarily for authorities, and partly by helping the Nordic region's largest companies with advice and services in the cyber security area.
The Role
The role will be focused on the following domains: Cyber Strategy, Cyber Transformation, Cyber Enhancement and Assurance Services. Previous experience in shaping and informing the board conversation on Cyber Security, Technology Risk and Resilience, leading to implementing prioritized projects. The Cyber Advisor will be responsible for reviewing the work of junior staff and providing on the job training to staff.
This role requires that you are professionally proficient in both spoken and written Swedish and English. Also, as we work with customers who are subject to a background check, you must possess Swedish working visa. Skills:
Minimum 5 years of Cyber Security experience.
Program and project management experience.
Security improvement and transformation programs.
Strong change management skills.
Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders at all levels in an organization.
Strong report writing capabilities.
Commercial and entrepreneurial thinking.
Ability to build strong client relationships that enables sales and opportunities.
Experience of working with NIST-CSF and capability maturity models such as CMMI.
Ideally, you’ll also have:
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA.
Knowledge of ISO27000 series, PCI-DSS, ITIL standards.
Knowledge of Incident Response frameworks.
