Today, October 26 2018, Paliscope announced the launch of Paliscope Education Program. The program offers universities and other educational institutions free training licenses for educational purposes. Marshall University in the US is the first university to join the program.
The students will be using Paliscope for all their laboratory exercises and projects. Putting a software like Paliscope in the hands of our students not only enhances the learning experience, it also gives them real-world skills they can rely on once they enter the workforce.”

Paliscope will be used by Marshall University’s Digital Forensics and Information Assurance Program. It will be one of their primary software tools in their courses and in their Open Source Intelligence Exchange (OSIX) program.
“The students will be using Paliscope for all their laboratory exercises and projects. Putting a software like Paliscope in the hands of our students not only enhances the learning experience, it also gives them real-world skills they can rely on once they enter the workforce,” commented Professor John Sammons, director of the Digital Forensics and Information Assurance Program at Marshall.
As part of the program, the universities provide Paliscope with feedback on the software and input on how to improve it even further.
This is input that we value highly. It aids us in making sure that we develop the software best suited for our users.”
