Your team can now edit reports directly on the page, admins can shape the case overview around how your unit actually works, and every change in a case is logged where you can see it. Build Collaboration 26.2 is about fitting Build to your workflow, not the other way round.
Edit reports inline
Write and edit text sections directly in the report instead of in the side field. Add bullets and tables and format text, so the report reads the way you want it to before it leaves your hands.
Configure the case overview to fit your workflow
Case Overview is now your team’s dashboard. Add, remove and rename fields and define which information is shown, so the overview shows what your unit tracks, in the order your unit tracks it. Filter by any field, and see where every case stands without opening a single one.
Expanded audit visibility
A new activity log records every change made across a case. Admins can open it at any time, so you can show exactly what happened, when, and by whom.
