Paliscope is now CE+ certified for meeting modern cyber security requirements

At Paliscope, we recognize how vital it is that our customers have complete confidence in us—not only regarding our primary areas of business (Analytics, Advisory and Product), but also when it comes to providing cyber security services. That’s why we are delighted to announce that we have been awarded the Cyber Essentials Plus certification!

Cyber Essentials Plus is a UK government-backed certification program that is developed and operated by the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) and works in partnership with the IASME Consortium. Organizations outside the UK may apply for Cyber Essentials Plus. Once acquired, the certification is valid for a 12 month period, after which a reassessment must be performed on an annual basis to maintain certification.

Upon discovering that Paliscope meets the eligibility criteria, we decided to complete the certification program and demonstrate that our technical security controls are in line with modern cyber security requirements.

It’s official: Paliscope is equipped to protect customers from the most common cyberattacks

Being certified with Cyber Essentials Plus means we can assure our customers that Paliscope has the necessary controls in place to protect them against a range of the most common cyberattacks and, importantly, that we take cyber security seriously.

Passing the Cyber Essentials Plus certification scheme is also an important way for us to ensure that our own business and IT infrastructure is adequately updated with a strong cyber defense that meets modern data protection requirements.

In order for Paliscope to become certified with Cyber Essentials Plus, we progressed through an independent assessment where our technical security controls were examined and tested within the following areas:

Firewalls
Secure configuration
User access control
Malware protection
Security update management

Paliscope is now listed on the NCSC directory of certified organizations. Being certified demonstrates that Paliscope is passionate about good cyber security practices at all levels of the organization, and that protecting our customers and ourselves against cyberattacks is always our priority.
